30-day money-back guarantee
CodeCop, operated by uniq Holding Inc, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on new Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual). If you are not satisfied with CodeCop Pro, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase date and we will refund you in full.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all CodeCop orders. To request a refund:
- Visit billing.stripe.com and enter the email address you used at checkout — Stripe will look up your orders and walk you through a refund request.
- Alternatively, email us at support@codecop.io with the email you used to purchase and a short note. We will forward the request to Stripe on your behalf.
Refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations and renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside CodeCop, or via billing.stripe.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of your current paid period. Cancelling a renewal is separate from requesting a refund — if you want money back, follow the steps above.
Renewal charges (after the first 30 days) are generally not refunded automatically, but we review requests case by case — please reach out and we will work with Stripe to find a fair outcome.
